The NRS15x1CZ/25x1CZ series fiber optic transceivers are designed for use with 650nm plastic optical fiber, delivering high-performance, cost-effective fiber optic communication links for industrial, power generation, medical, transportation, and gaming applications, with an operating temperature up to 95℃. The series supports industry-standard plastic optical fiber interfaces and is available in horizontal, vertical, and 30-degree angled package configurations, compatible with 1mm diameter plastic optical fiber and 200μm diameter PCS fiber. Paired with 1mm diameter plastic optical fiber, the typical transmission distance can reach 110 meters. The NRS15x1CZ is a transmitter built around a high-power LED chip with a peak wavelength of 650nm, delivering a typical optical output power of -2dBm when driving a 1mm core diameter plastic optical fiber at 30mA. The NRS25x1CZ is a receiver consisting of a high-gain transimpedance amplifier with an integrated photodiode and a rail-to-rail output stage, delivering TTL-level output. To improve output pulse width stability, the receiver IC incorporates an automatic pulse width calibration circuit, keeping pulse width distortion within ±30ns.
