Introduction

It can be used for on/off functions in heating regulation and inductive motor start-up circuits, as well as phase control operations in light dimmers and motor speed controllers. The BCR8PM-14C1 snubberless TRIAC is especially recommended for inductive loads. It can be directly driven by MCU I/O ports. With an external plastic package, the BCR8PM-14C1 offers a rated insulation voltage of 2000 VRMS, and the TO-220F package is RoHS compliant.
