SL2254-9 is a micro-power, high-sensitivity N-pole unipolar Hall-effect switch sensor. The device integrates a Hall sensing element, voltage regulator, signal amplifier, dynamic offset cancellation circuit, and CMOS output stage. Leveraging advanced Bi-CMOS process technology and optimized circuit design, the product achieves extremely low input error. The dynamic offset cancellation technique effectively eliminates offset voltages caused by package stress, thermal stress, and temperature gradients, thereby improving device performance consistency. In addition, the product adopts a miniaturized packaging process, providing significant advantages in both performance and market competitiveness. The SL2254-9 is available in a TO-92S DIP package with an operating temperature range of -20~85°C.
