This device is a micro-power, high-frequency, high-sensitivity omnipolar Hall-effect switch sensor, designed as a direct replacement for traditional reed switches. It is particularly suited for battery-powered portable electronics. The internal circuit integrates a Hall sensing element, voltage regulator module, signal amplification and processing module, dynamic offset cancellation module, and CMOS output stage. Leveraging advanced Bi-CMOS process technology and an optimized circuit architecture, the device achieves extremely low input offset error. In addition, its miniaturized packaging delivers superior performance and a competitive market advantage. The device is available in a TO-92S DIP package with an operating temperature range of -40~130℃.
