Introduction
DK5VxxRxxVP is a compact, high-efficiency synchronous rectification IC. It integrates an internal power NMOS with a voltage rating of 45V, 60V, 85V, or 100V and an on-resistance of 10mΩ or 15mΩ. The IC significantly reduces conduction losses compared to conventional Schottky diodes, improving overall system efficiency, and can directly replace commonly used Schottky rectifier diodes on the market. It is suitable for flyback primary-side feedback and secondary-side feedback applications, supporting CCM, DCM, and quasi-resonant mode operation. The IC employs self-powered technology, requiring no external auxiliary power supply, and features an intelligent detection system with no need for a front-end synchronization signal. In addition, it provides improved EMI performance. The IC is available in an SOP-8 package. Typical power test conditions are a sealed environment at an ambient temperature of 45℃; the rated output current of the system is recommended not to exceed the specified value.
