HXY MOSFET ISO1540DR-HXY

The ISO1540DR is a low-power bidirectional isolator compatible with the I2C interface. These devices use a silicon dioxide isolation barrier to separate the logic input and output buffers. They block high voltages and prevent noise currents from entering the control-side ground, thereby avoiding circuit interference and protecting sensitive components from damage. The ISO1540DR is based on iDivider® technology, offering advantages over optocouplers in functionality, performance, size, and power consumption. The ISO1540DR provides two bidirectional channels supporting a complete isolated I2C interface. The device is suitable for single-master applications. Each side of the isolator operates from an independent 3.0V supply. These devices operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and support operation from DC to 2MHz.
