The LCH3403V100 core module is a full-featured core module measuring 50mm×50mm, connecting to the carrier board via a 180-pin stamp hole interface. The module integrates CPU, DDR, eMMC, and PMU. DDR supports LPDDR4/LPDDR4X with 4GB or 8GB configurations; eMMC complies with the eMMC 5.1 standard with 16GB or 64GB options. It provides a rich set of peripheral interfaces, including 1x 4-lane MIPI_DSI output, 1x HDMI, 1x 4-lane MIPI_CSI and 1x 2-lane/4-lane MIPI_CSI, 2x Gigabit RJ45 Ethernet, 1x PCIe, 1x USB 3.0 and 4x USB 2.0, 4x speaker, 2x microphone, 1x headphone, 1x I2S audio interface, 2x RS232, 1x SDIO, 1x SPI, 1x dedicated I2C, and 10x GPIO. The module integrates a high-efficiency neural network inference unit supporting up to 10 TOPS INT8 compute performance, compatible with mainstream neural network frameworks. Its ISP supports up to 4K@60fps processing, handles multi-sensor input for image stitching and panoramic capture, and incorporates enhanced algorithms including 3FWDR, multi-level noise reduction, 6-axis image stabilization, and hardware stitching. Multiple encoding formats are supported, including H.264, H.265, and MPEG-4, with a maximum resolution of 8192×8192, multi-stream encoding/decoding, maximum output bitrate of 160Mbps, ROI encoding, and multiple bitrate control modes. The module supports Ubuntu, Buildroot, and OpenHarmony operating systems, featuring high performance, high reliability, and high scalability.
