TM(Shenzhen Titan Micro Elec) TM1652

TM1652 is a dedicated LED (LED indicators, numeric displays, and dot matrix panels) driver control IC with integrated digital communication circuitry, decoding circuitry, data latches, oscillator, and LED driver circuitry. It communicates via the UART protocol — since the chip only receives data from the MCU, only a single TX pin from the MCU is required to send data to the chip, enabling single-wire communication. For display driving, the chip employs dynamic scanning with two selectable display modes, 8-level adjustable segment drive current, and 16-level adjustable digit duty cycle. TM1652 incorporates a built-in blanking optimization circuit.
