Introduction
The TXU0101 is a 1-bit dual-supply non-inverting directional voltage-level translator. The A pin is referenced to VCCA logic levels, the OE pin can be referenced to either VCCA or VCCB logic levels, and the B pin is referenced to VCCB logic levels. The A port accepts input voltages from 1.1V to 5.5V, and the B port also accepts input voltages from 1.1V to 5.5V. When OE is driven high relative to either supply, directional data translation from A to B can occur. When OE is driven low, all output pins are placed in a high-impedance state.

- Fully configurable dual supply rail design allows each port to operate from 1.1V to 5.5V, supporting up to 200Mbps at 3.3V to 5.0V
- Schmitt-trigger inputs for slow and high-noise signals
- Inputs with integrated static pull-down resistors prevent channel flow
- High drive strength (up to 12mA at 5V)
- Low power – max xµA (25°C), max xµA (–40°C to 125°C)
- VCC isolation and VCC disconnect (Ioff-float) – if either VCC input falls below 100mV or is disconnected, all outputs are disabled and placed in a high-impedance state
- Ioff supports partial power-down mode operation
- Control logic (OE) with VCC(MIN) circuit allows control from port A or B
- Pin-compatible with TXB series level translators
- Operating temperature range: –40°C to +125°C
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II
- ESD protection exceeds JESD 22 – 2500V Human Body Model, 1500V Charged Device Model
