Introduction
CJ74HC/HCT244 is an 8-bit buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs. The device can be used as two 4-bit buffers or one 8-bit buffer. It features two output enable pins, each controlling four 3-state outputs. When an output enable pin is HIGH, the outputs enter a high-impedance state. The inputs include clamping diodes, allowing the input interface to be connected to voltages higher than VCC through current-limiting resistors.
