Introduction
The THCV231 and THCV236 are designed to support video data transmission between a host and a display. One high-speed channel of the THCV231 can transmit up to 14-bit data at pixel clock frequencies ranging from 12MHz to 160MHz. One high-speed channel of the THCV236 can transmit up to 32-bit data and 3-bit sync signals at pixel clock frequencies ranging from 6MHz to 160MHz by converting RGB444 to YCbCr422. This chipset features one high-speed data channel capable of transmitting video data up to 1080p/60Hz, with a maximum serial data rate of 4.00Gbps/channel.
