YSGM505506 is a highly integrated VCO in a standard package, utilizing a high cutoff frequency RF transistor as the oscillator. It features high output power and excellent isolation. The device employs a high-stability oscillator circuit, high-precision varactor diodes, and a high-output-power RF transistor to ensure stable oscillation startup and high output power. Powered by a standard 5V supply with compatibility across a 4.2~6V operating voltage range, it supports a wide tuning voltage range for broadband high-power output. With an integrated rectifier/filter unit and RF output matching network, the device requires minimal external components and delivers excellent output power flatness. The RF output port can be directly connected to a 50Ω RF line for ease of use. The device adopts a universal 7mm×9mm×2mm package, offering direct drop-in replacement for equivalent products on the market.
