Introduction
YG802020W is a cascaded high-performance InGaP/GaAs HBT MMIC wideband gain block amplifier with controllable gain and device current. It operates from 50MHz to 8GHz and delivers very flat gain response. At 3.5GHz, the amplifier provides 18.5dB gain, 21dBm output P1dB, and 35dBm output third-order intercept point, while drawing 93mA from a single 5V supply. The YG802020W is internally matched to 50Ω, housed in an industry-standard DFN2x2-6L package, and incorporates an integrated ESD protection cell.
