Introduction
The AiP74HC/HCT123 is a high-speed silicon gate CMOS device with pin compatibility with low-power Schottky TTL logic. The device contains two independent monostable multivibrators whose output pulse width can be controlled in three ways: first, the basic pulse width can be programmed by selecting external resistor Rext and capacitor Cext; second, after triggering, the output pulse width can be extended by retriggering at the active falling edge input nA or active rising edge input nB, and by repeating this process the output pulse period can be sustained for any desired duration; additionally, the output delay can be terminated at any time by driving the nRD input low, which simultaneously inhibits triggering. The internal connection from nRD to the input gate also allows a high-level signal to trigger the circuit. The operating temperature range is -40℃ ~ +125℃, available in DIP16, SOP16, and TSSOP16 packages.
