Introduction
TS3USB30E is a bidirectional, low-power, dual-port, high-speed USB 2.0 analog switch with integrated protection for USB Type-C systems. The device is configured as a dual 2:1 or 1:2 switch, optimized for handling USB 2.0 DP/DM lines in USB Type-C systems with true isolation. Even when the COM+/- voltage exceeds VCC, only minimal current flows back to the supply. The device features low inter-bit skew and high inter-channel noise isolation, compatible with high-speed USB 2.0 and various other standards. Each switch is bidirectional with minimal or no attenuation of high-speed signals. The bandwidth is wide enough to transmit high-speed USB 2.0 differential signals with excellent signal integrity. The SEL pin control logic is compatible with 1.8V GPIO. TS3USB30E is available in lead-free, halogen-free QFN 1418 and MSOP-10 packages, making it ideal for mobile devices and space-constrained applications.
