Introduction
Each driver can be used as two low-side drivers, two high-side drivers, or a half-bridge driver with programmable dead time (DT). The Disable pin, when driven high, simultaneously turns off both outputs, and allows normal operation when floating or grounded. As a failsafe measure, a primary-side logic fault forces both outputs low. Each device supports VDD supply voltages up to 25 V. An input VCCI range of 3 V to 5.5 V makes the driver suitable for interfacing with both analog and digital controllers. All supply voltage pins feature undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection.
