Introduction
Monolithic integrated high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array featuring three independent Darlington driver channels. Internal freewheeling diodes are included for driving inductive loads such as relays and stepper motors. Each Darlington transistor can source up to 500mA collector current; higher current output can be achieved by connecting multiple channels in parallel. This device is widely applicable to relay driving, lighting driving, display driving, stepper motor driving, and logic buffering. Each Darlington channel is equipped with a 2.7kΩ series base resistor, enabling direct interface with TTL/CMOS circuits at 5V operating voltage and allowing direct handling of data that would otherwise require standard logic buffers. Each Darlington input stage incorporates a 4kΩ pull-down resistor to ground, preventing false triggering of loads caused by undefined MCU states.
