Introduction
The SGM8425 (single-channel), SGM8426 (dual-channel), and SGM8428 (quad-channel) are low-power, high-voltage, rail-to-rail input/output op-amps. These devices operate from ±2.25V to ±15V dual supplies or +4.5V to +30V single supply. The SGM8425/6/8 has a bandwidth of 18MHz (-3dB), with each amplifier consuming only 1.6mA. They also feature beyond-the-supply-rail common-mode input capability and rail-to-rail output capability, enabling the SGM8425/6/8 to deliver maximum dynamic range at any supply voltage. The SGM8425/6/8 also features fast slew rate and settling time. These characteristics make these amplifiers ideal for use as voltage reference buffers in TFT-LCD displays. Other applications include battery-powered portable devices and any application with stringent low-power requirements. The SGM8425 single-channel amplifier is available in green SOT-23-5, SOIC-8, and MSOP-8 packages. The SGM8426 dual-channel amplifier is available in green SOIC-8 and MSOP-8 packages.
