EG Micro EG3013S

EG3013S is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates logic signal input processing, dead-time control, lockout, level shift, pulse filtering, and output driver circuits, designed specifically for drive circuits in brushless motor controllers. The EG3013S supports a high-side operating voltage up to 80V, with a wide Vcc supply voltage range of 4.5V~30V and low quiescent current of only 4.5mA. The IC features a lockout function to prevent simultaneous conduction of output power devices. The LIN input channel has a built-in 5V pull-up, and HIN has a built-in 15K pull-down resistor, ensuring both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs remain off when inputs are floating. The output stage adopts a half-bridge Darlington structure, housed in an SOP8 package.
