The LoRaCC68 series wireless modules are designed with Semtech's LLCC68 chip, featuring a high-precision crystal oscillator, ultra-low receive current and sleep current, and -129dBm sensitivity. The built-in 64KHz crystal oscillator enables timed wake-up of the MCU under low-power conditions. The antenna switch is controlled by the chip's internal integration, conserving external MCU resources. The compact form factor combined with 22dBm (160mW) output power provides significant advantages in IoT and battery-powered applications. The LoRaCC68 series products are strictly manufactured and tested using lead-free processes, complying with RoHS and REACH standards. The 868MHz module has obtained CE certification, and the 915MHz module has obtained FCC certification, allowing customers to reference our certifications during system-level certification, significantly saving time and reducing costs.
