SDM20G60FC8 is a highly integrated, high-reliability three-phase brushless DC motor driver IC, primarily designed for lower-power variable frequency drives. It incorporates a 3-phase full-bridge high-voltage gate driver circuit and six low-loss IGBTs. The module integrates multiple protection functions including undervoltage and short-circuit protection, offering excellent protection coverage and a wide safe operating range. Since each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, the phase currents can be sensed individually. The SDM20G60FC8 features high isolation and thermally efficient design in a very compact package, offering ease of use and making it especially suitable for space-constrained installations.
