Introduction
High-precision time measurement circuit with integrated analog comparator, analog switch, Schmitt trigger, and other components, greatly simplifying the peripheral circuitry. An internal first-wave detection function is incorporated to significantly enhance noise immunity. By reading the relative width of the first echo pulse, users can obtain an indication of the received signal strength. This indication enables detection of abnormal conditions such as ultrasonic transducer faults, increased pipe wall deposits, and air bubbles in the water. A single command can complete one ultrasonic transit-time (downstream and upstream) measurement and data readout, greatly reducing software overhead and power consumption.
