Introduction
MSK1022 is a high-precision time measurement circuit with integrated analog comparator, analog switch, and Schmitt trigger, significantly simplifying the peripheral circuit. The device features first-wave detection capability to measure the pulse width of the first echo, substantially enhancing noise immunity and enabling detection of ultrasonic transducer anomalies, increased pipe wall deposits, or air bubbles in the liquid. A single command completes one ultrasonic transit-time measurement and data readout, effectively reducing software overhead and power consumption.

- Measurement Range 1: Dual-channel single-precision mode: 90ps; single-channel dual-precision mode: 45ps. Measurement range: 3.5ns (0ns) to 2.4μs. Minimum pulse interval: 20ns, up to 4 pulses receivable.
- Analog input circuit: First-wave detection capability for pulse width measurement of the first wave; integrated analog switch for input selection.
- Measurement Range 2: Single-channel single-precision mode: 90ps; dual-precision mode: 45ps; quad-precision mode: 22.5ps. Measurement range: 500ns to 4ms (at 4MHz high-speed clock). Supports measurement of 3 pulses with automatic processing of 3 data sets.
- Temperature measurement: Supports 2 or 4 temperature sensors, compatible with PT500/PT1000 or higher specifications. Integrated Schmitt trigger. Ultra-low power consumption: current as low as 0.08μA at one measurement per 30 seconds.
