Introduction
PT4115-MSK is a continuous inductor current conduction mode step-down LED constant current driver designed to drive one or more LED strings. It operates over a voltage range of 5.5V to 30V, providing adjustable output current with a maximum output current of 0.8A. Depending on the input voltage and external components, the driver is capable of driving LEDs up to tens of watts. The IC integrates a power switch, employs a high-side current sensing circuit, and features a PWM dimming pin. The built-in over-temperature protection circuit gradually reduces the output current when the chip reaches the protection threshold, enhancing system reliability. A patented circuit architecture ensures no output current overshoot during low dropout operation, extending LED service life while delivering excellent load regulation and line regulation. The device is available in a SOT23-5 package.
