MICROCHIP MCP6004T-I/ST

The MCP6001/2/4 series operational amplifiers are designed for a wide range of general-purpose applications. This series features a 1 MHz GBWP and 90° phase margin (typical). With a 500 pF capacitive load, it also maintains a 45° phase margin (typical). The series remains operational with a single supply voltage as low as 1.8V, with a quiescent current of 100 μA (typical). In addition, the MCP6001/2/4 supports rail-to-rail input and output, with a common-mode input voltage range from VDD + 300 mV to VSS - 300 mV. This series of operational amplifiers is designed using an advanced CMOS process. The MCP6001/2/4 series is available in industrial and extended temperature ranges. The supply voltage range is 1.8V to 5.5V.
