The ESD3Z3V3BU is an ultra-low capacitance TVS designed to provide ESD protection for high-speed data interfaces. With a typical capacitance of 0.25pF, the ESD3Z3V3BU is designed to protect systems sensitive to parasitic parameters against overvoltage and overcurrent transient events. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) Level 4 (±15kV air discharge, ±8kV contact discharge), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) (40A, 5/50ns), ultra-fast CDM ESD, and CDE standards. The ESD3Z3V3BU is available in an ultra-compact SOD-323 package. Each ESD3Z3V3BU device protects one high-speed data line, offering system designers flexibility for single data line protection in space-constrained applications. The combination of low capacitance, ultra-small footprint, and high ESD robustness makes the ESD3Z3V3BU ideal for high-speed data ports and high-frequency line applications such as mobile phones and HD vision devices.
