ARW3172 is a single-pole single-throw switch based on CMOS process. The device employs SMT with low parasitic parameters, optimized for millimeter-wave reconfigurable intelligent surfaces. With a static power consumption of only 25μW, it is well-suited for large-scale integration applications, helping to reduce system wiring complexity and PCB footprint. Across a wide frequency range of 1~20GHz, the switch features an on-resistance better than 2.5Ω and an off-state parasitic capacitance of 50fF. It supports continuous wave operation at an RF power of 20dBm, with an input third-order intercept point better than 30dBm.
