This series achieves MSL Level 1 per J STD 020, with unlimited floor life at temperatures ≤ 30°C and 85% relative humidity. The T491's standard terminations are 100% matte tin, offering excellent solderability and compatibility with today's SMT soldering systems. Sn/Pb terminations are available upon request for any part number. Gold-plated terminations are also available for conductive epoxy attachment processes. Symmetrical terminations are fully compliant and help relieve the thermal and mechanical stresses required by today's technologies. These devices are standardly packaged in tape and reel per EIA 481, fully compatible with all tape-and-reel pick-and-place equipment.
