Introduction
The AD8610/AD8620 are high-precision JFET-input amplifiers featuring ultra-low offset voltage and drift, extremely low input voltage and current noise, very low input bias current, and wide bandwidth. Unlike many other JFET amplifiers, the input bias current of the AD8610/AD8620 remains low over the entire operating temperature range. The AD8610/AD8620 can stably drive capacitive loads greater than 1000 pF in non-inverting unity gain and can easily drive larger capacitive loads at higher noise gains. Even with a 1 kΩ load, the AD8610/AD8620 can swing within 1.2 V of the supply voltage, enabling maximum dynamic range with limited supply voltages. In both inverting and non-inverting gain configurations, the output slew rate is 50 V/μs, and the settling time to 0.01% accuracy is less than 600 ns. The AD8610/AD8620 also offer high input impedance, excellent accuracy, and high output drive capability, making them ideal amplifiers for driving high-performance ADC inputs and buffering DAC outputs.
