HXY MOSFET RCLAMP7524T.TNT-HXY

RCLAMP7524T.TNT is an ultra-low capacitance ESD protection array designed for high-speed data interface protection. The device features a typical capacitance (I/O to I/O) of only 0.2pF, designed to protect parasitic-sensitive systems from overvoltage and overcurrent transient events. It complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) Level 4 (±8KV contact discharge, ±15KV air discharge), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) (40A, 5/50ns), ultra-fast CDM ESD, and CDE requirements. RCLAMP7524T.TNT is housed in an ultra-compact DFN1308-5L package. Each RCLAMP7524T.TNT device protects four high-speed data lines. The combination of ultra-low capacitance, ultra-small form factor, and high ESD immunity makes RCLAMP7524T.TNT ideal for high-speed data port and high-frequency line applications such as HDMI and DVI. The low clamping voltage of RCLAMP7524T.TNT ensures minimal stress on the protected IC.
