GD60914 is a high-accuracy infrared thermopile temperature sensor for non-contact temperature measurement. It highly integrates an infrared-sensitive thermopile detector chip, a high-precision mixed-signal processing controller ASIC, a low-noise amplifier, a high-accuracy 24-bit Σ-Δ ADC, and a high-precision body temperature algorithm into a TO-39 package, featuring high integration, high noise immunity, high reliability, high accuracy, and no secondary development required. The product offers a temperature measurement range of -30℃ to 550℃ with multiple range options, measurement accuracy of 0.1℃, operating temperature of -40℃ to 85℃, measurement speed of 300ms for standard models and 20ms for fast models. The high-precision temperature algorithm ensures accurate measurement with no susceptibility to environmental interference, no temperature drift, and minimal measurement fluctuation. GD60914 is a digital infrared temperature chip available globally with selectable I²C/UART output options, and is the first domestic temperature sensor to independently submit to a metrology institute for testing and obtain a chip-level calibration certificate.
