Introduction
The XAD861x series single-channel, dual-channel, and quad-channel amplifiers maximize the ratio of gain-bandwidth product to supply current, making them ideal for battery-powered applications such as wearables, mobile phones, tablets, and portable medical devices. Featuring rail-to-rail input and output swing, 500kHz wide bandwidth, ultra-low supply current (typical 6.6μA, VS=5.5V, per amplifier), and low noise (6μVₚ₋ₚ from 0.1 to 10Hz), this amplifier series is an ideal choice for precision or general-purpose, low-current, low-voltage, battery-powered applications. Low input bias current enables use in applications with megaohm-level source impedances. The robust design of the XAD861x op amps provides ease of use for circuit designers: integrated RF/EMI rejection filters, no phase reversal under overload conditions, and high ESD protection (5kV HBM). The XAD861x amplifiers are optimized for operation from as low as +1.8V (±0.9V) to as high as +5.5V (±2.75V). The XAD8613 is available in SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages, the XAD8617 in SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages, and the XAD8619 in SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
