Introduction
Maximum operating voltage (Vmax) is the highest voltage a device can withstand without damage at rated current (Imax). Maximum fault current (Imax) is the maximum current a device can withstand without damage at rated voltage (Vmax). Hold current (Ihold) is the maximum current at which the device will not trip in still air at 25°C. Trip current (Itrip) is the minimum current at which the device will always trip in still air at 25°C. Power dissipation (Pd) is the power dissipated by the device in the tripped state at rated voltage in still air at 25°C. Minimum/maximum initial resistance (Ri min/max) is the minimum/maximum resistance of the device before tripping at 25°C. Maximum resistance after reflow (R1max) is the maximum resistance of the device measured one hour after reflow soldering. Note: Operating beyond the specified ratings may cause damage and may result in arcing and flame.
