SL130x is a magnetic switch sensor integrating Tunnel Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology with CMOS technology. It features high accuracy, high speed, low power consumption, and high sensitivity, making it suitable for magnetic field switch detection in industrial and consumer electronics. The internal circuit comprises a voltage generator, comparator, digital logic control module, threshold trimming module, and CMOS output circuit. The SL130x offers a wide operating voltage range and wide operating temperature range. This product series provides multiple magnetic field thresholds, switching operating frequencies, and package options to accommodate various applications.

The SL130x is an omnipolar magnetic field detection switch capable of delivering omnipolar magnetic response at extremely low current consumption. It detects magnetic fields parallel to the chip package surface: when the magnetic field strength exceeds the operate point (BOP), the switch output goes low; when the magnetic field strength falls below the release point (BRP), the switch output goes high. The device operates over a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and is available in standard SOT-23-3L and TO-92S packages.
