Introduction
This device is a low-power Hall switch sensor designed for space-constrained and battery-sensitive systems. The chip offers multiple selectable magnetic field thresholds, switching frequencies, and package options to accommodate diverse application requirements. When the applied south or north pole magnetic flux density exceeds the operate point B, the output goes low and remains low; it returns high only when the flux density falls below the release point B. An integrated temperature compensation circuit and clock logic circuit ensure stable operate points and switching frequencies. It achieves omnipolar magnetic response at extremely low operating current. The sensor supports a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and is available in standard SOT-23-3L and TO-92S packages.
