EG Micro EG2132

EG2132 is a cost-effective gate driver IC designed for high-power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates logic signal input processing, dead-time control, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), lockout protection, level shifting, pulse filtering, and output drive circuitry, making it ideal for drive circuits in brushless motor controllers.

The EG2132 supports a high-side operating voltage up to 300V and a wide low-side Vcc supply range of 8V~20V with low quiescent current consumption. The IC features a lockout function to prevent simultaneous conduction of output power transistors. The HIN and LIN input channels include built-in 200K pull-down resistors to keep both high- and low-side power MOSFETs off when the inputs are floating. Output current capability is |IO+/-| 1.0A/1.5A. Available in SOP8 package.
