Introduction
XL523 is a latching Hall-effect switch sensor optimized for wide supply voltage, low quiescent current, and wide temperature range operation. It supports supply voltages up to 55V and output load currents up to 40mA. The device features an open-collector output architecture with strong EMI immunity. Internally, it integrates a voltage reference, temperature compensation module, Hall array, differential comparator, hysteresis latch, and power output stage, delivering high magnetic field response sensitivity, symmetry, and robust EMI immunity across the full voltage and temperature ranges.
