Introduction
The IR2110 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side driver IC fabricated using a proprietary high-voltage compatible process, integrating both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits on a single chip. Its logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V, and it features high-current pulse output capability. The floating channel design enables driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of 700V. The device integrates internal high- and low-side shutdown logic for on/off control under fault conditions. It is available in a wide-body DIP-14 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
