Wuxi Maxinmicro LMX5069MS

The LMX5069 high-side N_FET driver works with an external MOSFET to function as a hot-swap controller with power limiting capability. The device is designed to control inrush current to the load when a board is inserted into a live backplane or other hot power source, thereby limiting the voltage droop on the backplane supply voltage and the dV/dt of the voltage applied to the load. The current limit of the external series N-channel MOSFET is programmable. Input undervoltage and overvoltage lockout levels are programmable via a resistor divider network. The LMX5069 automatically restarts at a fixed duty cycle programmed by a timer capacitor. The LMX5069 is available in 10-pin DFN3×3 and MSOP packages.
