PUOLOP PT2005C

PT2005 is a high-efficiency synchronous rectification control IC for switching power supplies. It features a high level of integration, effectively improving the conversion efficiency of switching power supplies while reducing the number of peripheral components required.

The PT2005 is suitable for DCM/QR switching power supply systems. The IC integrates a built-in 45V power transistor that replaces the secondary-side Schottky diode, improving overall system efficiency. It offers a low turn-on threshold voltage, fast switching speed, and short reverse recovery time.

The PT2005 features ultralow quiescent power consumption and self-powered technology. The IC is available in a standard SOP8 package.
