Introduction
The ULN2003 is a monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array containing seven independent Darlington driver channels. The circuit integrates freewheeling diodes, making it suitable for driving inductive loads such as relays and stepper motors. Each Darlington transistor's collector can source 500mA, and higher current output capability can be achieved by paralleling multiple channels. The device is widely used in relay driving, lighting driving, display driving, stepper motor driving, and logic buffering.
