The SiLM534xAT series isolated gate drivers are optocoupler-compatible, single-channel, isolated MOSFET and IGBT gate drivers with different output current drive capabilities and UVLO voltage levels. Peak output current ranges from 1.0A to 4.0A. Compared to standard optocoupler-based gate drivers, these devices offer significant improvements in performance and reliability while maintaining pin compatibility in schematic and layout design. Key performance highlights include high CMTI, low propagation delay, and low pulse width distortion. The input stage uses an analog diode, which provides superior long-term reliability and aging characteristics compared to conventional LEDs. The device is available in an SOP6W-T package with creepage distance and clearance ≥8.0mm. The molding compound material group is Group II, with a comparative tracking index greater than 400V.
