TM(Shenzhen Titan Micro Elec) TM1622-LQFP64

TM1622 is a dedicated LCD driver IC featuring 256-point memory mapping and multi-function capabilities. Its software-configurable characteristics make it suitable for a wide range of LCD applications, including LCD modules and display subsystems. Only 4 or 5 pins are required to interface the host controller with the TM1622. The TM1622 also supports a power-saving command to reduce system power consumption.
