Introduction
ZJC2017 is a low-noise, low-power, 14-bit pseudo-differential successive approximation ADC with a throughput rate of up to 300 kSPS. The device features a compact package for ease of use. It reduces system power consumption and complexity, enabling high-density designs. ZJC2017 requires a single supply to sample the analog input voltage between IN+ and IN−, ranging from 0 V to VREF. The reference voltage for ZJC2017 is externally supplied and can be set up to the supply voltage. Using a dedicated VIO pin, ZJC2017 is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V logic interfaces. The device offers an SPI-compatible serial port and supports daisy-chain operation for serial cascading of multiple devices. ZJC2017 is available in 10-pin MSOP/DFN and 8-pin MSOP packages. The operating temperature range is −40°C to +85°C. The ZJC2017 series is pin-compatible with industry-standard devices. ZJC2017 is a fast, high-accuracy, low-power, true 14-bit pseudo-differential input successive approximation ADC. ZJC2017 performs conversions at 300 kSPS and enters standby mode between conversions. Typical power consumption is 35 μW at 1 kSPS, making it an ideal choice for low-power applications. ZJC2017 interfaces with any digital logic level from 1.8 V to 5 V (or VDD) and is available in a space-saving 10-pin MSOP or 10-pin DFN (LFCSP) package. It is fully pin-compatible with the 16-bit pseudo-differential input ADC ZJC2012.
