Introduction
This device is a low-noise, low-power 16-bit pseudo-differential successive approximation ADC with a throughput rate of up to 250 kSPS. The device features a compact package and is easy to use. It reduces system power consumption and complexity, enabling high-density designs. The ZJC2012 requires a single supply and samples analog input voltages from 0 V to VREF between IN+ and IN−. The reference voltage is externally supplied and can be set up to the supply voltage. Using a separate VIO pin, the device is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V logic interfaces. The device provides an SPI-compatible serial port and supports daisy-chain operation for serial cascading of multiple devices. The ZJC2012 is available in 10-pin MSOP/DFN and 8-pin MSOP packages. The operating temperature range is −40°C to +85°C. Devices in this family are pin-compatible with industry-standard devices.
