Introduction
CI7476, CI7477, and CI7478 are 12-bit, 10-bit, and 8-bit high-speed, low-power, compact successive approximation ADCs, respectively. These devices operate from a single 3.3V to 4.8V supply at a throughput of 1 MSPS, or from a single 4V to 5.25V supply at a throughput of 800 KSPS. The series is offered in a 6-pin SOT-23 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. This series serves as a drop-in replacement for the AD7476/AD7477/AD7478, with dynamic power consumption reduced to half that of the latter.
