Introduction
CI7476, CI7477, and CI7478 are 12-bit, 10-bit, and 8-bit high-speed, low-power, small-footprint successive approximation ADCs, respectively. These devices operate from a single 3.3V to 4.8V supply at 1 MSPS throughput, or from a single 4V to 5.25V supply at 800 KSPS throughput. The series adopts a 6-pin SOT-23 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. These devices are drop-in replacements for the AD7476/AD7477/AD7478, with only half the dynamic power consumption of the latter.
