WXNSIC NSG1040

A high-voltage, high-speed full-bridge MOSFET gate driver IC featuring two independent channels, each providing two outputs for controlling the gates of high-side and low-side power transistors. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The output stage offers high-current pulse capability with integrated shoot-through prevention dead-time logic. The floating channels support high-side N-channel power MOSFET driving, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 100V. Available in SOP14 package, operating temperature range -40~125°C.
