Introduction
This device is a 600V half-bridge gate driver with an integrated 50% duty cycle oscillator, capable of driving N-type MOSFETs or IGBTs. Its CT pin simultaneously turns off both the high-side and low-side outputs when the voltage is low (approximately 1/6 of VCC). When the VCC voltage falls below the UVLO threshold, the device pulls the CT pin voltage low and shuts down all outputs. It features strong output drive capability, with source and sink current pulse peaks of +1.2A and -1.5A, respectively. The device incorporates integrated dead-time logic to prevent shoot-through in the high-side and low-side power switches. In addition, it includes a built-in bootstrap diode for powering the high-side drive circuit.
