Introduction
G2026 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC featuring independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. The device is fabricated using a high-voltage compatible process that enables monolithic integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits. Its logic input thresholds are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs down to 3.3V. The output stage provides high-current pulse capability with shoot-through protection deadtime logic. The floating channel can be used to drive a high-side N-channel power MOSFET, with a maximum floating supply offset voltage of 250V. The G2026 is available in an SOIC8 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
